Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Outreach: Conduct detailed prospect identification to find individuals and organizations that align with our mission. You will draft initial outreach communications that help our Program Coordinator turn cold leads into warm community members.
Member Onboarding & Engagement: Assist in the design and delivery of onboarding workflows. You will help develop the resources, guides, and messaging strategies that ensure new members feel valued and stay engaged for the long term.
Infrastructure Quality Control: Perform regular audits of our member support systems. You will be responsible for spotting gaps in our service and coordinating with the management team to fix technical or process-related issues before they impact the user experience.
